| Do you blow your nose or just sniff? I get allergies and need to blow my nose sometimes in public. Seems like a lot of guys these days just sniff but I can't stand not being able to breathe. I do get stared at if I do it loud though. What do you do? |
| I blow my nose. I don't think it is healthy to sniff, as then all the mucous is staying in your nose and you are then in danger of contracting sinus. The sinuses are extremely narrow, and sinus pain is something one can do without. Rather blow! |
