| i have never thought of sun gazing concerning spiritual healing. I have gazed at the sun for a short period of time as a youngster before, but other than back then, i had never really done so. as far as alternative healing goes, i really would not trust sun gazing. |

That must be the insanity of man... this belief that anything artificial must be better. Yet, we don't see the destruction of our health and the health of our planet! |

hi there, yes I've tried sungazing, and as a matter of fact I've been practicing it even this morning. yes my eye sight has improved greatly. before I was wearing prescription glasses, to watch TV, read, drive a car etc. today, after more then three years of practicing sungazing, my eyesight improved that much, and my optic nerve became that strong, that I don't wear sunglasses even on a very bright day. I simply don't need them, because light is not bothering me at all. I always find it funny when people notice that how baffled they are. |
