Is Glutathione a safe capsules for skin whitening? for cancer too?

I am wondering if Glutathione capsules can really the skin? And I read also that this is for cancer pills. Any thoughts for this

I take N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) instead of Glutathione for mercury detox. The N-Acetylcysteine is supposed to convert into Glutathione in the body and is better absorbed than Glutathione.

So I would research N-Acetylcysteine too. I haven't noticed any changes in my skin from it. Maybe after more time.
