I find Glacial Blue tooth oil to be an excellent alternative to toothpaste, though a bit intense at times. It's 100% natural and simply a mix of Peppermint Oil, Spearmint Oil and Almond Oil.
I can't imagine eating a healthy diet and then mashing all the chemicals found in most toothpastes along my teeth and gums!
