Fitness is a mistery!By that I mean that we donīt really know the importance of being fit. But we have to define the word.There are many gradations to the meaning of this concept. Some people have as a parameter Conan the Barbarian. You must be a muscle man in order to qualify. Now, being "fit" is to be in good physical shape. Being able to walk without getting out of breath for an hour. Fitness is being able to climb a four story stair and survive without crawling up the last flight. So, in order to stay fit, we have to do just that on a daily basis: walk for an hour, then have a hearty breakfast of yogurt and fruit! Cheers! |
