Fitness is a mistery!

Fitness is a mistery!

By that I mean that we donīt really know the importance of being fit. But we have to define the word.

There are many gradations to the meaning of this concept.

Some people have as a parameter Conan the Barbarian.

You must be a muscle man in order to qualify.

Now, being "fit" is to be in good physical shape. Being able to walk without getting out of breath for an hour.

Fitness is being able to climb a four story stair and survive without crawling up the last flight.

So, in order to stay fit, we have to do just that on a daily basis: walk for an hour, then have a hearty breakfast of yogurt and fruit!

Simple plan for fitness. You're right in saying it depends on your goals. If you're looking to lose weight then you'll want to focus on more card and lowering your caloric intake. If you're looking to bulk up then you'll want to focus on protein itake and heavy lifting.

Fitness is not about how you are looking.Its depend on how your physic.To fit always do some basic exercise regularly.Eat healthy foods and fruit.Be happy always.
