How do i use animal cut 42 packs? I'm about 5'10 170 pounds. I have already lost weight within the last two years. I'm not seen as muscular nor do I look fat or skinny boned. I'm what you could say as average. I'm looking for answers such as, what kind of workout routines to use while on it, what to eat and also take while using this supplement.
Just like you, I am always conscious with my figure. And I am always aware to the foods that I always eat because I am afraid to gain lots of weight. Yeah, I also take food supplement for me to have a healthy body. All I can say for you is that why don't you try to have a regular exercise in gym because there is an instructor that could help you to build up your body.
I am not that conscious with my body figure. I am kind of chubby but I don't care about it. All I want to maintain is good health so I really want to eat nutritious food as well as doing regular exercise. It is just a matter of discipline for oneself. But, of course, good supplement will also be of a great help. Just make sure that you take it properly.
You can do sit-ups, go jogging or swimming to have a well-toned body. Once you're jogging and swimming, you won't need to cut down so much on your food intake because you will immediately burn the food that you eat. Just have a balanced diet to go with your physical activities and you'll be fine. I wouldn't suggest taking diet supplements because they could have harmful side effects. Maybe taking vitamins is better.
Hi there! Yes, I agree that it is really important to look good and at the same time be conscious about our health. Or should I say, it should be the other way around. For me, above all, we should prioritize our health rather than just our appearance. I know they are equally important but health should come first. I always believe that our appearance reflect our lifestyle. So beauty should not only be the outside appearance but should also be skin deep.
I have to agree with Marynor. Most of the time those fellows who go for dieting and work our have one same goal, to loose weight. But why not switch from that mind setting to being a much healthier person? Some who do dieting do not even get the nutrients their body needs and some who do excessive exercise makes their body really fatigued and worn out. Dieting and exercise should be done in moderation.
