I have been considering one of the two procedures, but I wanted to get some opinions about the benefit or lack thereof between the two different options.
Does one cost more than the other, are there any serious side effects that would make one outweight the other?

Both are disgusting. Try a good diet (natural foods, little if any meat) and exercise.
