| Questions: It seems that Almond milk is the best choice? A lot people says how negative rice milk and soy milk are, so I am starting to think Almond milk may be the best someone say Rice milk is not as nutritious as soy. I was going pick soy, then I heard them saying it bad for your hormones and thyroid. Almond is only bad for one thing that last 7 and 10 days that all. So I am gotta go for Almond milk.... is it agreeable, is there more cons on almond milk? |

Why do we need to call white liquid milk? So we think we are substituting cows milk with something? Because we think we need "milk"?Can't we see nature? Milk is provided by the mother for her babies... and only babies of the same species. Why must we think adult humans needs milk made for baby cows.. or do we think we are baby cows and we want to grow up to be adult cows? Now, about liquid squeezed from Almonds.. why not just eat the almonds and get all the nutrients of the almond as provided by nature? You can soak them overnight in water. |
| Yes, I can understand why some people are obsessed with milk. Since we were young, our mothers have already told us that we should drink milk to become healthy and strong. As we grew up, a lot of us still kept that habit of drinking milk although we learned to drink other milk variants. I think that milk has no gray area. Either you like it or you don't. Still, it is the best source of calcium that will keep our bones healthy until old age. |

How do cows stay strong and keep their bones healthy... can't possibly be since the baby cows only drink milk when they are babies! There is no gray area for milk. You drink your mothers milk for a period of time set by nature and then you eat adult food. Any and all other consumption of milk is against the laws of nature! |
| I have to agree with Frances. One of the good source of calcium is milk and as we grow old it seems that drinking milk would be a weird thing to do, good thing that there are some milk variants out there that are still as good as the mild that we are drinking when we are young but tastes much better. Thanks a lot and good day to all. |

What about green veggies for calcium? How does the rest of the animal kingdom get sufficient calcium without drinking milk past the time they are babies? Why is everyone so obsessed with individual nutrients and not with getting the PROPER BALANCE among ALL nutrients? |
