What you should know about your tap water

I was passing along to my business partner about a month and a half ago that I was always feeling tired and worn out. I couldn't form a coherent thought by midafternoon and my moods were all over the place. My metabolism has seemed to have slowed itself to midcrawl level somewhere. He had me start taking my temperature three times daily trying to determine whether I may be having some issue with my thyroid. One of the things he said made a lot of sense and that was that the chlorine in our city water could be robbing my thyroid of crucial iodine. As soon as he said that I remembered just the day before getting a glass of tap water and it smelling like our swimming pool of chlorine. I started taking an Iosol iodine supplement and a Thyroid Helper supplement which has made a HUGE difference in my energy levels. I got the package of supplements from Wellness Resources and I am very pleased with the results. In the morning when I get up, I actually have ENERGY to do some of my household tasks before I even go to work. AMAZING!

Why not drink bottled water? If you can't do that you can always let your tap water sit to let the clorine evaporate (like before you put it in your fish tank). Here is a good website about body temperature and metabolism:
